Poll Results: What Networks Do You Use?

Here are the results of the last poll on Data Mining Research. The question was: What Networks Do You Use?

This was a multiple choice poll. 50 people responded to this poll. The most common networks used (46%) are still the “old” discussion groups such as Google or Yahoo! groups. I thought social networks such as LinkedIn and AnalyticBridge would be the most used. They are not so far with respectively 38% and 30% of voters. An important result is the KDnuggets website. Sharing the second position with social networks such as LinkedIn and Facebook, the newsletter by Gregory Piatetsky-Shapiro reaches 38% of voters.
