We at SmartData Collective hosted a webinar last week examining strategies for extracting real business value from the mounds of unstructured data that customers are constantly providing as the interact in social networks and online. We tried to provide data-driven solutions for improving CRM, proactively responding to customer needs, and achieving transparency as aided by technology.

A big thanks is owed to Stephen Baker, who played the role of moderator here, as well as our other panelists Joe Hughes of Accenture, Mike Breitenbeker of Overstock, and Marc Schroeder of Teradata, for an instructive and information-rich conversation.
