IBM’s Indian research division has developed a new protocol that will help users create “Voice sites” on the Internet, reports PTI. The protocol, Hyperspeech Transfer Protocol (HSTP), is quite similar to the more common Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and will be used to allow users to talk to the web.
