It’s my particular pleasure to announce that Cindy Weng has joined Smart Data Collective and the Social Media Today team as our Community Digital Strategist on the SDC site. Cindy is currently pursuing her PHD at Northwestern, in Media, Technology and Society, but also holds a B.S.
It’s my particular pleasure to announce that Cindy Weng has joined Smart Data Collective and the Social Media Today team as our Community Digital Strategist on the SDC site. Cindy is currently pursuing her PHD at Northwestern, in Media, Technology and Society, but also holds a B.S. cum laude from the University of Maryland’s School of Business.
Additionally, she has lived in Berlin and Beijing, has written about gaming and advertising, and is currently researching the “science of networks in communities.”
Cindy will lead the strategic charge for our site, and will be spending her time interviewing people who are doing interesting things in data (no shortage of them), will attend specific conferences, and will be the go-to person for our illustrious bloggers.
