Tomorrow I’ll be speaking at the New England Marketing Research Association’s one day conference for market research end-users. I’ll be focusing less on social networks/social media than I did at the FTMA/Freddie Awards conference last week,  and more on leveraging text analytics on a wider variety of surveys and other data. However I know my friend, John Cotronis from LinkedIn will be there speaking about using social networks (LinkedIn) for B-B research, specifically on how they’ve been helping clients cut back on costs and expand revenue.
