I am writing today’s post with mixed feelings. I have hardly slept last night – watching the carnage created by the terrorists in Mumbai, India. I grew up in Mumbai, and just recently visited the Taj Hotel, the Marriott, and the railway station – places that were targeted by the terrorists.

The rapid pace of news on Twitter has been absolutely incredible. People have been feeding live updates to this link. Hundred’s of updates every few minutes.

You have people at the site, at TV sets around India, and of course from around the world connected. People are asking questions, people are answering. It is quicker than TV.

Twitter has been absolutely amazing! As marketers we have to leverage it into our business.
