If your company hasn’t figured out how to leverage social media for it’s CRM efforts you’re missing a huge opportunity.

On The Data Warehousing Institute website (TWDI) today  there is an article on “How Social Media is Changing CRM“. I spoke to Ted Cuzillo about some of the work we have done for companies analyzing and consulting on their CGM Marketing initiatives. Others in the text analytics field like Seth Grimes were also interviewed for the article.
