More than a spelling error

An interesting and thought-provoking comment came to me this week over Twitter from a user who was reading about the purpose and mission of this blog.  Twitter’s Cascadia asked why our blog doesn’t include consumers, instead focusing on "providers, payers, pharmaceutical firms, & regulators."  The easy answer, at least from a SAS perspective, is simple: SAS software is used primarily by business and academia as opposed to consumers, so our focus tends to reside with those constituents.  But the more I thought about the question, the less I liked that answer.
