“We have lots of information technology… but we don’t have any information!” – so goes the caption of a popular cartoon for technologists and business people alike. 
Yet behind the joke is a serious problem statement:  “We have lots of technology, but need to get better results from it.”  That’s the theme we will be focused on throughout the one-day Financial Services Symposium on August 18th.
