If you run into problems, make sure to contact us. We can help you resolve them! Sometimes, problems can be as simple as uploading the wrong file (test file whenever you want to upload a model file). Other times, it has to do with the model file exported from your statistical package. Sometimes, these packages do not really follow the PMML schema. So, let us know.
