Surprisingly, it seems, a significant minority of mid-sized companies have still to make a commitment to BI. So says Lyndsay Wise, president and founder of Wise Analytics, whom we talked with recently. Lyndsay cites “awareness” as one of the main reasons — companies often seek information from vendors without really understanding what BI is all about.
