SMBs are no different and have similar requirements to their enterprise counterparts depending on their industry and goals. However, what is available to these businesses does differ based on their structure, current infrastructure, openness to SaaS offerings, and how dynamic their environment is. Consequently, the market is looking to meet more of these needs through lower priced offerings, self-service models, and agile delivery.
