Interview: Curtis Rapp on mobile messaging

Air2Web provides “connectivity into the carrier networks” for high-performance, highly specific messaging capabilities, and provides a hosted user interface where customers can create and schedule mobile marketing campaigns, such as a customer survey or an outbound coupon, he says. The metrics can be persuasive. A customer accessing his account via his cell phone can save the support center a $7 call.
