Jeff Zabin oversees Gleanster’s strategic direction and growth as the leading provider of best practices market research and other content designed to help companies make smart decisions about business technology. He also serves as research director. Prior to Gleanster, he was VP and research fellow at Aberdeen Group, building the Customer Management Technology practice, leading various strategic initiatives and hosting the annual CMO Summit. Zabin has authored two bestselling business books as well as hundreds of trade magazine articles and industry benchmark reports. He has also consulted to numerous technology solution providers and consumer brands and is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events. Prior to Aberdeen, he headed up product marketing and led the thought leadership program for the Global Marketing Solutions division of Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) and served as VP, Marketing at Seurat Company, which was acquired by FICO in 2003. He began his career in educational publishing and later served as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Bolivia.
